What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Apricot Lane FDD, the section regarding continuing training requirements is located on page 14. This information is found within Section 6, which covers training and pre-opening assistance for franchisees. Specifically, subsection E addresses the continuing training requirements.
Apricot Lane franchisees should be aware that the franchisor may, at its discretion, provide additional training programs and require franchisees and their managers to attend and complete them successfully. These training sessions may take place at Apricot Lane's headquarters or another designated location. Franchisees are responsible for covering all expenses related to attending these training programs.
However, Apricot Lane stipulates that attendance at mandatory additional training programs will not be required more than twice in a calendar year, and the total duration of these programs will not exceed six business days annually. The franchisor will not charge tuition or other fees for mandatory additional training, but may charge tuition and fees for optional additional training.
