SECTION 14: OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
A. Compliance with FRANCHISOR Requirements
In the operation of the Franchised Business and all matters related thereto, FRANCHISEE shall comply with all requirements, specifications and standards set forth in this Agreement, the Confidential Operations Manual and other written policies supplied to FRANCHISEE by FRANCHISOR from time to time. FRANCHISEE shall comply with the entire System including, but not limited to, the provisions of this Section 14.
