During the operation of the Franchised Business, COUNTRY VISIONS shall:

- Monitor quality standards and products throughout the network of franchised businesses (Section 15.B.3 of the Franchise Agreement);

- Advise you of our observations concerning the operation of the Franchised Business based on reports submitted to us by you or by inspections conducted by COUNTRY VISIONS of the Franchised Business (Section 15.D.1 of the Franchise Agreement).
