What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Apricot Lane FDD, the initial training course includes the franchisee and one employee who will act as their Operating Manager or Assistant Manager. This training is designed to familiarize the franchisee and their designated employee with the operations of the Apricot Lane business model. As part of the training program, Apricot Lane may accompany the franchisee to an inventory buy event at a designated location.

If the franchisee designates new or additional managers after the initial training program, Apricot Lane may provide training to these managers if they can reasonably accommodate them in their regularly scheduled training course. However, Apricot Lane is under no obligation to provide this training to additional managers. If the franchisee's managers attend additional training, the franchisee is responsible for all expenses, including travel, room and board, and salaries.

Franchisees and their designated employees must successfully complete all phases of training to Country Visions' satisfaction. The training program is designed to begin before opening and must be completed at least 2 weeks before the Franchised Business Opening. After the store opens, the HQ team will provide continued postopening training for at least 6 months, and follow-ups for at least a year.
