E. Continuing Training Requirements

FRANCHISOR from time to time in its sole discretion may provide continuing or additional training programs to FRANCHISEE and FRANCHISEE's managers and may require that they attend and successfully complete such training at FRANCHISOR's headquarters or at such other location as may be designated by FRANCHISOR. FRANCHISEE shall be solely responsible for all expenses of attendance; provided, however, that attendance will not be required at more than two (2) such programs in any calendar year and shall not collectively exceed six (6)

business days in duration during any calendar year. FRANCHISOR will not impose tuition or other fees for mandatory additional training for anyone whose attendance is required by FRANCHISOR, but otherwise, FRANCHISOR may charge tuition and fees for additional training.

F. National Conventions/Conferences/Seminars/Training

FRANCHISEE and/or its designated manager may attend any National Conventions/Conferences/Seminars/Training held by FRANCHISOR.

According to Apricot Lane's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at National Conventions/Conferences/Seminars/Training is optional for franchisees and/or their designated manager. However, Apricot Lane may, at its discretion, provide continuing or additional training programs that franchisees and their managers may be required to attend and successfully complete.

If attendance is mandatory for additional training programs, these programs will not exceed two programs in any calendar year, and the duration will not exceed six business days collectively during any calendar year. Apricot Lane will not impose tuition or other fees for mandatory additional training for anyone whose attendance is required.

Franchisees are responsible for all expenses associated with attending the National Convention or other conferences, seminars, or training. Apricot Lane may require franchisees to pay a reasonable conference fee to cover the costs of organizing and hosting the convention or other events, including facilities, speakers, group functions, entertainment, and similar expenses.
