If you relocate the Franchised Business, you will conform the new store location to COUNTRY VISIONS' then-current standards for store design; close the old location at the same time you open the new location; and remove and obliterate any visible signs, graphics and advertising materials displaying any of our names, Marks and slogans. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Apricot Lane's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee who relocates their store must adhere to specific requirements concerning the original location. The franchisee is responsible for conforming the new store location to Apricot Lane's current standards for store design. Simultaneously, upon opening the new location, the franchisee must close the old location.

Furthermore, the franchisee is obligated to remove and obliterate any visible signs, graphics, and advertising materials that display Apricot Lane's names, marks, and slogans from the old location. These changes must be completed within 7 business days of the opening of the new store.

These stipulations ensure brand consistency and prevent customer confusion by eliminating any lingering presence of the Apricot Lane brand at the former site. Franchisees should factor in these costs and logistical considerations when planning a relocation.
