- (B) All credit terms and methods of payment of which you receive written notice from Sunoco shall be deemed a part of this Lease. Such terms and methods may be amended or terminated at any time and from time to time by Sunoco, upon written notice to you. The right to amend and terminate credit terms and methods of payment shall be in addition to, and not in substitution, for other rights and remedies available to Sunoco.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Aplus's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Sunoco can amend or terminate credit terms and methods of payment for Aplus franchisees. The FDD states that all credit terms and methods of payment, of which the franchisee receives written notice from Sunoco, are considered part of the lease agreement.
Sunoco has the right to modify or terminate these credit terms and payment methods at any time, provided they give the Aplus franchisee written notice. This right to change or end credit terms is in addition to any other legal options Sunoco might have.
This means that as an Aplus franchisee, you must stay informed of any changes to payment terms communicated by Sunoco. Failure to comply with amended credit terms could result in penalties or other actions by Sunoco, as outlined in the lease agreement.
