According to Aplus's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to specific regulations regarding the posting of octane ratings on gasoline dispensers. Aplus franchisees are required to post the octane rating of each grade of gasoline on each gasoline dispenser at the premises. These postings must be done in accordance with current federal regulations to ensure compliance.
