What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Aplus's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, by signing the Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire, the franchisee is representing that they have responded truthfully to the questions within the questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is for Aplus to determine if any unauthorized statements or promises were made to the prospective franchisee that may be untrue, inaccurate, or misleading.

The questionnaire includes a series of questions regarding statements or promises made by Aplus employees or representatives that are contrary to the information in the disclosure document. These questions cover topics such as revenue or profits, likelihood of success, and advertising, marketing, training, support service or assistance.

It is important to note that for prospective franchisees who reside in, or who intend to operate the franchised business in the State of Maryland, they are instructed not to complete the questionnaire or respond to any of the questions. Additionally, for franchisees subject to the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, Ch. 135, Stats., provisions in the Fair Dealership Law supersede any inconsistent provisions of the Franchise Agreement and Development Agreement or a related contract.
