What is the maximum daily management fee that Aplus can charge if it operates the Franchised Business?

Based on the 2024 Aplus Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee fails to operate the APLUS Store for the minimum required hours as described in Attachment 1, and unless prohibited by law, Aplus will charge an administrative fee.
