What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Aplus's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, an Aplus franchisee can change their address for official notices by delivering written notice of the change to Aplus.
The FDD specifies how notices are deemed delivered. These include delivery by hand, one business day after electronic confirmation via facsimile or other electronic system, one business day after delivery by Express Mail or a reputable overnight courier, or three business days after placement in the United States Mail via Registered or Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested and postage prepaid.
It is important for prospective Aplus franchisees to understand this process, as it ensures they receive all official communications from Aplus in a timely manner. Failure to receive or act upon these notices could have legal or financial repercussions, so keeping the contact information current is crucial.
