Arthur Wicklein is one of our founders and has been our Secretary and Treasurer since our inception in 2015. Since June 2008, Arthur has also been Secretary and Treasurer of our affiliate, Wix Pizza, Inc., which owns and operates an Antioch Pizza Shop in Antioch, Illinois. From March 2017 to the present, Arthur has been Treasurer of our affiliate Clicking Left, Inc. which owns and operates an Antioch Pizza Shop in Fox Lake, Illinois From July 2019 to the present, Arthur has been Secretary and Treasurer of our affiliate K&L Pizza Inc. which previously owned and operated an Antioch Pizza Shop in Woodstock, Illinois. From January 2021 to the present, Arthur has been Treasurer of our affiliate CL Two, Inc. which previously owned and operated an Antioch Pizza Shop in McHenry, Illinois. From September 2021 to the present, Arthur has been Secretary and Treasurer of our affiliate Wix Repair Inc. of Antioch, Illinois.
