What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Antioch Pizza Shop's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is solely responsible for obtaining the required permits for their location. The franchisee must construct and/or remodel their premises in accordance with local ordinances and building codes.
Before submitting plans to any governmental authorities, the franchisee must first submit their plans and specifications to Antioch Pizza Shop for review. Antioch Pizza Shop may provide advisory assistance regarding these plans, but this assistance is at the franchisee's expense.
This means that while Antioch Pizza Shop offers guidance, the onus is on the franchisee to ensure their location adheres to all local regulations and secures the necessary permits. Failure to do so could result in delays, fines, or even the inability to open the Antioch Pizza Shop business.
