What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Antioch Pizza Shop provides on-site training and assistance before and after the opening of the Antioch Pizza Shop Business. For Dine-In and Take-Out/Delivery Restaurants, this on-site training lasts up to 3 weeks. For Express Restaurants, it is up to 2 weeks, and for Food Truck/Trailer franchises, it is approximately 1 week. The specific duration of the on-site training is determined by Antioch Pizza Shop at its sole discretion.

Furthermore, the franchisee and their manager must attend and complete initial training to Antioch Pizza Shop's satisfaction before the business opens. During this training, they will be evaluated on their ability to follow guidelines for operating the business and representing the Antioch Pizza Shop brand. Franchisees and managers must also pass an initial training test upon completion.

The computer system that Antioch Pizza Shop requires franchisees to have is equipped with a Point of Sale (POS) system that can monitor data and expedite customer service. Additionally, Antioch Pizza Shop may provide sales training or printed material to assist franchisees in selling menu items or merchandise. However, the FDD does not explicitly state whether the training includes specific on-the-job training for customer service. A prospective franchisee should confirm with the franchisor whether on-the-job training for customer service is provided.
