Does Antioch Pizza Shop provide on-site training and opening assistance?

attend our then-current training program again before renewing the Franchise Agreement.
In addition to the initial training program described above, we will send one or more of our representatives to your Antioch Pizza Shop before and after the opening of the Antioch Pizza Shop
Business to provide on-site training and opening assistance for no additional fee. For the Dine-In Restaurant and Take-Out/Delivery Restaurants, the on-site training and assistance will be provided for up to 3 weeks, for the Express Restaurants the on-site training and assistance will be provided for up to 2 weeks, and for the Food Truck/Trailer franchise the on-site training and assistance will be provided for approximately 1 week. We will determine in our sole discretion how long the on-site training will be conducted. (Franchise Agreement, Section 7(a))
Time for Opening
We anticipate that franchisees will open their Antioch Pizza Shop Businesses within 3 to 12 months after the date that the Franchise Agreement is signed but franchisees must open within 12 months of that date.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Antioch Pizza Shop does provide on-site training and opening assistance. Before the opening of an Antioch Pizza Shop, representatives will be sent to the location to provide on-site training and opening assistance at no additional fee.
The duration of this on-site support varies depending on the franchise type. Dine-In and Take-Out/Delivery Restaurants receive up to 3 weeks of assistance, while Express Restaurants receive up to 2 weeks. Food Truck/Trailer franchises receive approximately 1 week of on-site support. The specific duration of the on-site training is determined at the sole discretion of Antioch Pizza Shop.
In addition to on-site training, Antioch Pizza Shop also provides advisory assistance with opening the business, including guidance on mandatory opening inventory and merchandising items. This support aims to ensure franchisees are well-prepared for their grand opening and initial operations. Franchisees are also required to conduct adequate pre-opening local advertising at their sole expense, in accordance with Antioch Pizza Shop's directions and assistance.
