- (8) Guidelines for operating your Antioch Pizza Shop Business. (See Franchise Agreement, Section 7(c)). Before your Antioch Pizza Shop Business opens for business or anytime thereafter that a new manager is hired, your Antioch Pizza Shop Business manager must complete initial training to our satisfaction. From time to time we may also make various mandatory and optional training programs available to you and your management.
Training
You will not be charged a fee for the initial training program for you and your Antioch Pizza Shop Business manager, but you are responsible for your costs incurred, including travel and accommodations. You will be charged for additional mandatory and optional training and you will be responsible for the cost of providing training to your personnel including the cost of materials, salaries and travel expenses.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Antioch Pizza Shop does provide guidelines for operating your Antioch Pizza Shop business. The FDD states that the franchisor will provide guidelines for operating your Antioch Pizza Shop business, as detailed in Section 7(c) of the Franchise Agreement.
Furthermore, Antioch Pizza Shop will provide a hard-copy or electronic copy of their Operations Manual, which contains 464 pages plus appendices. This manual will be available to franchisees during the term of the Franchise Agreement. In addition to the Operations Manual, Antioch Pizza Shop offers initial and ongoing training programs. Franchisees and their managers must attend initial training before opening, where they will be evaluated on their ability to follow the franchisor's guidelines. The franchisor also commits to assisting franchisees in improving their business operations and resolving any operational problems that may arise, reinforcing the support and guidance provided for running the Antioch Pizza Shop business.
