anchisor's standards and specifications. Such wrap shall conform to Franchisor's criteria as to type, color, size and design and usage of the Marks. The wrap shall be approved in writing by Franchisor prior to installation. Franchisor may require that the wrap be replaced at least once every three (3) years during the initial term of the franchise, or more often if damaged.
(e) Commissary. Franchisee shall secure access to a commissary for use in preparing food items to be offered and sold from the Food Truck/Trailer throughout the term of the franchise. The commissary must be a commercial kitchen approved by us that meets all state and local health department requirements. If Franchisee (or an affiliate) owns an Antioch Pizza Shop restaurant franchisee, Franchisee may use the restaurant of the Antioch Pizza Shop restaurant franchise as its commissary. Franchisee shall be required to install at the commissary at its expense any kitchen equipment and supplies required by Franchisor for its menu items which are not available for use by Franchisee in the commissary.

According to the 2025 Antioch Pizza Shop Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee operates a Food Truck/Trailer, they must secure access to a commissary for preparing food items. This commissary must be a commercial kitchen approved by Antioch Pizza Shop and must meet all state and local health department requirements.
If the franchisee owns an Antioch Pizza Shop restaurant, they may use that restaurant as their commissary, provided it meets the necessary health and safety standards. The franchisee is responsible for installing any additional kitchen equipment and supplies at the commissary that Antioch Pizza Shop requires for its menu items, if those items are not already available in the commissary.
Prior to opening a Food Truck/Trailer franchise, the franchisee must secure all necessary permits and licenses and meet all other operational requirements from municipalities and other governmental bodies within their protected area. Antioch Pizza Shop may also require an on-site inspection of the Food Truck/Trailer and commissary before granting approval to begin operations.
