le and Equipment. Franchisee shall purchase a truck or a trailer and truck meeting Franchisor's minimum standards and specifications for trucks or trailers for use in operating the Franchise and will purchase all equipment specified by Franchisor and shall install such equipment in the truck or trailer and have the truck or trailer outfitted following Franchisor's designs and specifications. Franchisee must find a location for storing the Food Truck/Trailer when it is not in use which may be at the home of an owner of Franchisee, if permitted. When not in use, the Food Truck/Trailer shall not be parked on a public street or highway or public parking lot.
- (d) Wraps. Franchisee shall purchase, install and display and maintain in good condition a vehicle wrap meeting Franchisor's standards and specifications. Such wrap shall conform to Franchisor's criteria as to type, color, size and design and usage of the Marks. The wrap shall be approved in writing by Franchisor prior to installation. Franchisor may require that the wrap be replaced at least once every three (3) years during the initial term of the franchise, or more often if damaged.
- (e) Commissary. Franchisee shall secure access to a commissary for use in preparing food items to be offered and sold from the Food Truck/Trailer throughout the term of the franchise. The commissary must be a commercial kitchen approved by us that meets all state and local health department requirements. If Franchisee (or an affiliate) owns an Antioch Pizza Shop restaurant franchisee, Franchisee may use the restaurant of the Antioch Pizza Shop restaurant franchise as its commissary.

According to the 2025 Antioch Pizza Shop Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to find a suitable location for storing the Food Truck/Trailer when it is not in operation, which can be at the franchisee owner's home if permitted. However, the Food Truck/Trailer is explicitly prohibited from being parked on public streets, highways, or public parking lots during non-operational hours.
Additionally, the franchisee must purchase, install, and maintain a vehicle wrap that adheres to Antioch Pizza Shop's standards and specifications. This wrap must meet the franchisor's criteria regarding type, color, size, design, and the use of Antioch Pizza Shop's Marks, and it requires written approval from Antioch Pizza Shop before installation. The franchisor may also mandate the replacement of the wrap at least once every three years or more frequently if it becomes damaged.
Furthermore, the franchisee is obligated to operate the Food Truck/Trailer within a designated Protected Area, and must obtain prior written consent from Antioch Pizza Shop to operate outside this area. The franchisee is also responsible for ensuring the truck or trailer meets Antioch Pizza Shop's minimum standards and specifications, and for outfitting the truck or trailer according to the franchisor's designs and specifications.
