What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Antioch Pizza Shop's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the Franchise Conference is mandatory for franchisees if Antioch Pizza Shop holds such a conference. The franchisee must attend each time the conference is held during the term of the Franchise Agreement.

Antioch Pizza Shop may charge a registration fee for the Franchise Conference to cover the costs of holding the conference, and this fee is payable by the franchisee regardless of whether they attend. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for all travel expenses incurred by themselves or their managers in attending the Franchise Conference.

It is important to note that Antioch Pizza Shop is not obligated to hold a Franchise Conference.
