What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Antioch Pizza Shop Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to manage and maintain specific equipment and products in accordance with the franchisor's standards. Specifically, franchisees must purchase all proprietary products, such as pizza dough, sauces, equipment like dough rollers and cheese graters, exclusively from Antioch Pizza Shop or its designated suppliers. They are prohibited from altering or substituting these proprietary products.

Additionally, franchisees are obligated to install any kitchen equipment and supplies at their commissary that Antioch Pizza Shop requires for its menu items, especially if such equipment is not already available at the commissary. This ensures that all food preparation meets the brand's standards.

Furthermore, franchisees must purchase, install, display, and maintain a vehicle wrap on their food truck or trailer that conforms to Antioch Pizza Shop's standards for type, color, size, design, and usage of the brand's trademarks. This wrap needs written approval from Antioch Pizza Shop before installation and may need replacement every three years, or more frequently if it becomes damaged, ensuring the vehicle consistently represents the brand appropriately. These stipulations ensure uniformity and quality across all Antioch Pizza Shop franchise locations, protecting the brand's integrity and customer experience.
