What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Antioch Pizza Shop's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the classroom training for Culture/Business Philosophy is 2 hours. This training will take place in Antioch, IL, or at another location designated by the franchisor.
This initial training is mandatory for both the franchisee and their manager before opening an Antioch Pizza Shop. The franchisee and their manager will be evaluated on their ability to follow the brand's guidelines and represent the Antioch Pizza Shop brand. A passing score on the initial training test is required to complete the training program.
Franchisees must attend the entire initial training program as scheduled by Antioch Pizza Shop. Failure to do so may require starting the training program from the beginning. In addition to the initial training, Antioch Pizza Shop may require the franchisee and their manager to attend the then-current training program again before renewing the Franchise Agreement.
