Provided that you are in compliance with the Multi-Unit Development Agreement, including the Development Schedule, we will not open and operate, or franchise another party to open and operate, an Antioch Pizza Shop Business utilizing the Marks and the System in the Development Area granted to you.
We, our affiliates, and other Antioch Pizza Shop franchisees are allowed to deliver food to customers located within the Development Area.
We reserve all rights that we do not grant to you. More specifically, we reserve the right to use other channels of distribution such as Internet sales, catering events, marketing events, trade shows and related promotional activities within and outside your Development Area;
