What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, any Franchise Agreement executed for an Antioch Pizza Shop will include an addendum. This addendum incorporates terms from the Multi-Unit Development Agreement (MUDA) related to the initial franchise fees. The FDD references the current form of the Franchise Agreement being offered at the time of execution, which may differ from the form offered on the date of the Multi-Unit Development Agreement. The purpose of the addendum is to ensure that the terms of the Development Agreement regarding initial franchise fees are included in each individual Franchise Agreement. This ensures that any specific financial arrangements agreed upon in the Development Agreement are carried over into the subsequent Franchise Agreements for each location developed under the multi-unit plan.
