What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement dictate the establishment and operation of an Antioch Pizza Shop Restaurant. A separate Franchise Agreement must be in place for each Antioch Pizza Shop Restaurant. The Franchise Agreement in effect at the time of execution will be the governing document, although an addendum may be included to address initial franchise fees.

For a prospective Antioch Pizza Shop franchisee, this means that each restaurant they open will be subject to the specific terms outlined in its individual Franchise Agreement. These terms can vary over time as Antioch Pizza Shop updates its standard agreement. However, the initial franchise fee terms agreed upon in the Development Agreement will be incorporated into each Franchise Agreement through an addendum.

This arrangement provides Antioch Pizza Shop with the flexibility to modify its franchise terms for new locations while ensuring that certain fundamental aspects, such as the initial franchise fee, remain consistent with the original development agreement. Franchisees must carefully review the Franchise Agreement presented to them for each location to understand their obligations and rights fully.
