Currently, you must purchase customized dough rollers from our affiliate Wix Repair, Inc.
As of the issuance date of this disclosure document, other than Wix Repair, Inc., neither we nor any of our affiliates are designated or approved suppliers or the only approved suppliers of any goods or services. Other than Wix Repair, Inc., neither we nor any of our officers owns an interest in any supplier.
In the year ending December 31, 2024, we did not receive any revenue from purchases of products or services by franchisees. In the year ending December 31, 2024, our affiliate Wix Repair, Inc. did not receive any revenue from purchases of products or services by franchisees.
