We will hold training as frequently as we determine necessary. If you are an individual, you and your initial Restaurant Leader must attend, and satisfactorily complete, to our satisfaction, the Initial Training Program. If you are an entity, your Operating Principal and your Restaurant Leader, and if applicable, trainer, must attend and satisfactorily complete, to our satisfaction, the Initial Training Program, prior to opening your Restaurant to the public. Our training is conducted by various members of our staff and under the supervision of Mariana Sanchez. Ms. Sanchez has been our Director of Training since March of 2025 and has over 8 years of experience in all aspects of the restaurant industry. Other trainers will have experience in the materials that they are presenting, and at least one year of restaurant experience. The Manual(s), bulletins, electronic communications and/or other directives, various demonstrations, checklists, and exams are used in our training program.
