upon reasonable request, we will give you additional assistance and advice to help you run your Restaurant. In our sole discretion, we may send a representative to your Restaurant to discuss your operations. If provided at your request, you must reimburse our expenses and pay our then-current training charges and Travel Expenses (Franchise Agreement § 6.4);

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, Angry Chickz may provide additional assistance and advice to help a franchisee run their restaurant upon reasonable request. Specifically, Angry Chickz may, at its sole discretion, send a representative to an Angry Chickz restaurant to discuss operations.
However, this assistance is not guaranteed. If Angry Chickz sends a representative at the franchisee's request, the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing Angry Chickz's expenses.
These expenses include the then-current training charges and travel expenses incurred by the representative. Travel expenses cover costs such as airfare, hotel/lodging, local transportation, meals, and a per diem charge for incidental expenses like laundry and telephone.
