We offer two separate franchise programs by this disclosure document, though we may not necessarily allow you the opportunity to purchase under both of these programs:
You will sign a Franchise Agreement (Exhibit A), to operate a single Angry Chickz Restaurant at a location which you choose and which we approve. You may, for each future unit franchise, be required to sign a form of franchise agreement that is different from the current franchise agreement included within this disclosure document.
If you participate in our Area Development Program, we assign a defined area within which you must develop and operate a specified number of Angry Chickz Restaurants within a specified period of time. The development area may be one city, one or more counties, one or more states, or some other defined geographic area. You will sign an Area Development Agreement (Exhibit B) which will describe your development area and your development schedule and other obligations. For each Angry Chickz Restaurant you open pursuant to the Area Development Agreement, promptly after our approval of the site for the Angry Chickz Restaurant, you will sign a separate Franchise Agreement on the then current form used by ACF at the time, except to the extent otherwise provided in your Area Development Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, there are two distinct franchise programs available, although Angry Chickz does not guarantee that prospective franchisees will have the opportunity to participate in both.
The first program involves signing a Franchise Agreement to operate a single Angry Chickz Restaurant at an approved location. The FDD specifies that future unit franchises may require a different form of franchise agreement than the one included in the current disclosure document. This means the terms and conditions could change for each additional franchise a franchisee purchases.
The second program is the Area Development Program. This entails Angry Chickz assigning a specific geographic area where the franchisee must develop and operate a predetermined number of Angry Chickz Restaurants within a set timeframe. The development area could range from a city to multiple states. Participants in this program sign an Area Development Agreement outlining the development area, schedule, and other obligations. For each restaurant opened under the Area Development Agreement, a separate Franchise Agreement (based on the then-current form) must be signed after site approval, unless otherwise specified in the Area Development Agreement.
