A wide variety of Federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations have been enacted that may impact the operation of your Restaurant, and may include those which (a) establish general standards, permitting restrictions and requirements and other specifications and requirements for the construction, design, maintenance and operation of the business premises; (b) set standards pertaining to employee health and safety; (c) regulate matters affecting the health, safety and welfare of your customers, such as general health and sanitation requirements for Restaurants; employee practices concerning the storage, handling, cooking, and preparation of food; restrictions on smoking; availability of and requirements for public accommodations and requirements for fire safety and general emergency preparedness; (d) establish procedures for the disposal of hazardous wastes; and (e) regulate advertisements. State and local agencies inspect food services business to ensure that they comply with these laws and regulations. You should investigate whether there are regulations and requirements that may apply in the geographic area in which you are interested in locating your business and should consider both their effect and cost of compliance. You must also comply with all business licensing and other regulations applicable to your Angry Chickz Restaurant.
