According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the termination or expiration of the franchise agreement does not affect the franchisee's obligations to take or abstain from taking any action in accordance with the agreement. Certain provisions of the agreement, especially those that constitute post-termination covenants, will remain in effect even after the agreement ends. This includes the right to access the former franchise location to make necessary changes. Additionally, the franchisee is obligated to settle any outstanding payments to Angry Chickz, its affiliates, or suppliers, and must cease representing themselves as a current or former franchisee of Angry Chickz.
