At all times, Franchisee must actively employ and have working in the Franchised Business at least one (1) person that has successfully completed the Initial Training Program or that has been fully and adequately trained by the Trainer in accordance with the Standards.
The Trainer shall, to Company's reasonable satisfaction, train each of Franchisee's other employees.
At all times during the Term, Franchisee shall employ an
adequate staff of employees working in the Franchised Business who shall have been fully and adequately trained, in Company's judgment.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, the Trainer is responsible for training the franchisee's other employees. The Trainer, who could be the Operating Principal, Restaurant Leader, or another individual, needs to train the other employees to Angry Chickz's reasonable satisfaction. The franchisee is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and comply with Angry Chickz's standards throughout the term of the franchise agreement.
Angry Chickz may also require the Operating Principal and other personnel to attend additional training courses or programs periodically. This additional training can be conducted in various formats, including live sessions, conferences, webinars, or self-study programs, ensuring that staff remains updated with Angry Chickz's standards and practices.
