You must purchase, use and maintain the Information Systems specified in the Manual(s), bulletins, electronic communications and/or other directives in accordance with the Standards. The Information Systems must at all times be connected to one or more high-speed communications media specified by us and permit access to the internet 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
At our direction, you must electronically link the Information Systems to us or our designee.

The FDD states that franchisees must obtain high-speed communications access such as broadband, DSL, or other high-speed capacity for their information systems. The initial cost to purchase and install the Information Systems is estimated to be between $20,000 and $30,000. Franchisees are responsible for all costs associated with maintaining, updating, and upgrading their Information Systems, including hardware, software, and support services.
