What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must ensure that all personnel working for the franchised business wear uniforms that adhere to the brand's standards and maintain a neat and clean appearance. Angry Chickz retains the right to modify the style or type of uniform from time to time.

This means that as an Angry Chickz franchisee, you are responsible for ensuring your employees comply with the uniform and appearance standards set by the company. These standards are likely detailed in the franchise's operational manual, which is referenced in the franchise agreement. The franchisor can change these standards, so franchisees must stay updated to ensure compliance.

Furthermore, unless Angry Chickz provides written consent, employees working in the franchised business must be dedicated solely to that business and cannot simultaneously work at any other business owned or operated by the franchisee. This requirement ensures that employees are fully committed to the Angry Chickz franchise and not dividing their attention or efforts elsewhere.

Overall, these requirements are fairly standard in the franchise industry, as franchisors typically want to maintain a consistent brand image and customer experience across all locations. Franchisees should clarify the specific details of the uniform and appearance standards during their due diligence process to fully understand the costs and requirements involved.
