What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, before opening a franchise, the Operating Principal must complete the Initial Training Program to the Company's satisfaction. Additionally, the initial Restaurant Leader must complete the Initial Training Program to the Company's satisfaction. If the agreement relates to the franchisee's third or subsequent restaurant, the Trainer must train the manager according to the manuals. Finally, the franchisee must successfully train a number of employees reasonably necessary to operate the franchised business according to the manuals.
The Initial Training Program is approximately 15 days for all attendees. The training will be conducted at Angry Chickz's training facilities in California or other approved facilities, and may include classroom training, instruction at company or franchisee facilities, remote training, and/or a self-study program. The Operating Principal and Restaurant Leader must complete this training not more than 90 days and not less than 30 days before the scheduled opening date.
Failure to ensure the Operating Principal and Restaurant Leader complete the training could delay the opening of the Angry Chickz franchise. The franchisee is also responsible for ensuring an adequate number of employees are trained to operate the business according to the standards set in the manuals. This ensures that the restaurant operates smoothly and meets Angry Chickz's standards for quality and service from day one.
