Answer from 2025 FDD Document

9.3.2 Company or its Affiliate may discontinue the sale of any Authorized Products or any other products and services at any time if in Company's or its Affiliate's judgment its continued sale becomes unfeasible, unprofitable, or otherwise undesirable. If any products or services sold by Company or its Affiliate are not in sufficient supply to fulfill all orders, Company or its Affiliate may allocate the available supply among itself, its Affiliates and others, including Franchisee and other franchisees, in any way Company or its Affiliate deems appropriate, which may result in Franchisee not receiving any allocation of certain products or services as a result of a shortage. All orders by Franchisee shall be subject to acceptance by Company or its Affiliate at Company's or its Affiliate designated offices, and Company or its Affiliate reserves the right to accept or

reject, in whole or in part, any order placed by Franchisee. Company or its Affiliate may establish the credit terms, if any, upon which it will accept Franchisee's orders, and may require Franchisee to pay for orders on a cash-in-advance or cash-ondelivery basis.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Angry Chickz or its affiliate reserves the right to reject any order placed by a franchisee, either in whole or in part. This means that Angry Chickz is not obligated to fulfill every order a franchisee submits. This discretion extends to the products and services offered.

This ability to accept or reject orders provides Angry Chickz with significant control over supply and distribution within the franchise system. Angry Chickz can also allocate available supplies among its own operations, affiliates, and franchisees as it deems appropriate, especially if there are shortages. This allocation may result in a franchisee not receiving the full amount, or even any, of certain products or services they ordered.

For a prospective Angry Chickz franchisee, this means that the availability of supplies is not guaranteed. Orders are subject to acceptance, and potential shortages could impact the franchisee's ability to meet customer demand. It is important to maintain open communication with Angry Chickz regarding anticipated needs and to understand the potential for supply fluctuations. Franchisees should also be aware that Angry Chickz can establish credit terms and may require payment in advance or upon delivery for orders.
