What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, Angry Chickz does not provide any compensation for services that trainees perform during training. This includes services performed at a Company restaurant, or at another licensee's or franchisee's restaurant.

This means that franchisees are responsible for covering all expenses incurred by themselves and their employees during training. These expenses include travel costs. Franchisees should factor in these uncovered labor costs when projecting their initial investment and operating expenses.

This policy is not uncommon in the franchise industry, as many franchisors do not compensate trainees for their time during training. The cost of training is typically considered an investment in the franchisee's business and the skills of their employees. Franchisees should carefully consider these costs and responsibilities when evaluating the Angry Chickz franchise opportunity.
