What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the orientation training takes place at Angry Chickz HQ. The initial training program is provided to 4 people, including the Operating Principal, the Restaurant Leader, and the trainer, at no additional cost.
The initial training program is approximately 150 hours and conducted over approximately 15 days. Training will be held at Angry Chickz's training facilities at their headquarters and in Thousand Oaks, California, or at other approved facilities. The training includes classroom instruction, on-site instruction, remote training, and self-study programs.
Additional training may incur costs for training fees and travel expenses, including airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, and a per diem charge for incidental expenses. The training is conducted by various members of the Angry Chickz staff and is supervised by Mariana Sanchez, the Director of Training since March 2025, who has over 8 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Other trainers will have experience in the materials that they are presenting, and at least one year of restaurant experience.
