Manuals. The Table of Contents of Our Manual(s) (currently, a total of 151 pages) is attached as Exhibit I. Our manual(s), bulletins, electronic communications and/or other directives will describe our mandatory and recommended Standards and procedures. The Manual(s) may be in one or more volumes or chapters or segments. The Manual(s) may be delivered to you in any media utilized by us for delivery of the Manual(s). We will have the right to update the Manual(s) and change the elements of our System as we deem appropriate. We will loan (or provide access to the Manual(s) via electronic interface) to you one copy of our confidential Manuals to use during the term of the Franchise Agreement. The Manual(s)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Angry Chickz will loan or provide access to the Manual(s) via electronic interface to the franchisee. This copy of Angry Chickz's confidential manuals is to be used during the term of the Franchise Agreement. The manuals contain Angry Chickz's standard operational procedures, policies, rules and regulations with which the franchisee must comply. The Table of Contents of Angry Chickz's Manual(s), which currently totals 151 pages, is attached as Exhibit I.
The manuals, bulletins, electronic communications and/or other directives will describe Angry Chickz's mandatory and recommended Standards and procedures. The Manual(s) may be in one or more volumes or chapters or segments. The Manual(s) may be delivered to the franchisee in any media utilized by Angry Chickz for delivery of the Manual(s).
Angry Chickz retains the right to update the Manual(s) and change the elements of their System as they deem appropriate. Franchisees are required to follow the standards and procedures outlined in these manuals, which can be updated at any time. This highlights the importance of staying current with all communications from Angry Chickz to ensure compliance and maintain consistency across all franchise locations.
