What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Angry Chickz is not obligated to provide assistance, consultation, or additional training at a restaurant selected by the company. While Angry Chickz may choose to permit a franchisee or their employees to receive such support at a restaurant they select, this is at Angry Chickz's discretion.

The FDD specifies that any additional assistance, consultation, or training provided by Angry Chickz is subject to their scheduling and capacity requirements. This means that even if a franchisee requests support, Angry Chickz has the right to decline based on their own internal constraints.

This lack of obligation is a notable point for potential franchisees. It highlights that while Angry Chickz may offer support, it is not guaranteed. Franchisees should be prepared to operate their business with the understanding that additional on-site assistance from Angry Chickz is not a contractual right. Franchisees should inquire about what type of support they can expect during the operation of their franchise.
