What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Angry Chickz may voluntarily assist a developer in locating a site for a Dine-In Restaurant, but they are under no obligation to do so. Even if Angry Chickz provides assistance or accepts a proposed site, this does not guarantee the profitable or successful operation of the restaurant at that location. The document explicitly states that the developer is solely responsible for finding suitable sites for their Dine-In Restaurants.
This means that while Angry Chickz might offer support in site selection, the ultimate responsibility for finding and securing a location rests with the franchisee. A prospective franchisee should not rely on Angry Chickz to find a site for them.
It is important for potential developers to conduct thorough market research and due diligence when selecting a location. This includes analyzing demographics, traffic patterns, competition, and other factors that could impact the restaurant's success. While Angry Chickz's acceptance of a site is required, it does not equate to a guarantee of profitability, so franchisees must carefully evaluate each potential location.
