How much notice will Angry Chickz give before implementing a Technology Fee?

According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, Angry Chickz reserves the right to implement a Technology Fee with no less than 90 days prior notice to the franchisee. As of the effective date of the franchise agreement, there is no Technology Fee charged.

The Technology Fee is used to cover expenses Angry Chickz incurs to implement and support the technological infrastructure utilized in the Angry Chickz system. This includes information systems, software and application development and licensing, point-of-sale systems, intranet maintenance, online ordering systems, loyalty programs, delivery platform utilization and services, and technological development.

This policy allows Angry Chickz to introduce a new fee to cover technology-related costs, provided they give franchisees at least 90 days' notice.
