ll not deliver written notice to Developer that Company accepts or rejects the proposed site, within 30 days of receipt of Developer's Site Review Kit, or within 15 days after receipt of such additional requested information, whichever is later, the site shall be deemed rejected. Company acceptance of a proposed site shall not be unreasonably withheld. If the Company accepts the proposed site it shall notify Developer of its acceptance of the site.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, for the first proposed restaurant to be developed, Angry Chickz will visit the development area for a maximum of one full business day without any additional fees or costs to the developer.
If additional site visits are necessary or requested by the developer after the initial visit, these visits will be arranged subject to the availability of Angry Chickz personnel. However, the developer will incur a fee of $500, in addition to all expenses associated with these subsequent site visits.
Angry Chickz also has the option to conduct site visits electronically using platforms they select, and the developer is expected to cooperate with Angry Chickz in facilitating these electronic visits.
