According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the orientation classroom training is 4 hours and takes place at Angry Chickz headquarters. This is part of the initial training program that the Operating Principal, Restaurant Leader, and trainer must complete to Angry Chickz's satisfaction.
The initial training program is approximately up to 150 hours and will be conducted over approximately 15 days. The training will be conducted at Angry Chickz's training facilities at their headquarters and in Thousand Oaks, California, or at other approved training facilities specified by them, and may include classroom training, instruction at the facilities, remote training, and/or a self-study program.
Angry Chickz may modify the content and manner of conducting the Initial Training Program in their discretion from time to time. The franchisee may not operate their Restaurant until the then-current Operating Principal, initial Restaurant Leader and trainee (if applicable) shall have completed the Initial Training Program to Angry Chickz's satisfaction.
