- 5.1.3 When Franchisee has located a proposed site at a Venue for construction of a Dine-In Restaurant, Franchisee shall submit to Company in a form prescribed by Company such cost information, potential customer information, real estate information, competitor information, demographic and other information regarding the proposed site(s) and neighboring areas as Company shall require, in the form prescribed by Company ("Site Review Kit").
Company may seek such additional information as it deems necessary within 30 days of submission of Franchisee's Site Review Kit, and Franchisee shall respond promptly to such request for additional information.
Company may accept or reject a proposed site in its sole discretion.
If Company accepts a proposed site it shall notify Franchisee in writing and the site shall be deemed to be the "Location." If Company shall not deliver written notice to Franchisee that Company accepts or rejects the proposed site, within 30 days of receipt of Franchisee's Site Review Kit, or within 15 days after receipt of such additional requested information, whichever is later, the site shall be deemed rejected.
If the Company accepts the proposed site it shall notify Franchisee of its acceptance of the site.
Franchisee shall not enter into a lease or purchase agreement for the Location unless and until the site has been accepted, and then only in accordance with this Agreement.

According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, when a franchisee locates a proposed site for a Dine-In Restaurant, they must submit a "Site Review Kit" to the company. This kit must be in a form prescribed by Angry Chickz and include cost information, potential customer information, real estate information, competitor information, demographic information, and other information regarding the proposed site and neighboring areas as Angry Chickz requires.
Angry Chickz may request additional information within 30 days of receiving the Site Review Kit, and the franchisee is obligated to promptly respond to these requests. The company has the sole discretion to accept or reject the proposed site. If Angry Chickz accepts the site, they will notify the franchisee in writing, designating it as the "Location".
If Angry Chickz does not provide written notice of acceptance or rejection within 30 days of receiving the Site Review Kit, or within 15 days of receiving any additional requested information (whichever is later), the site is deemed rejected. The franchisee is prohibited from entering into a lease or purchase agreement for the Location until the site has been accepted by Angry Chickz and then only in accordance with the Franchise Agreement.
