e, confer with Franchisee's employees, inspect the same, and to determine whether the business is being conducted in accordance with this Agreement, the System and the Standards. Inspectors will have the right to interview present and former customers. The Inspectors shall use reasonable efforts to avoid materially disrupting the operation of the Franchised Business.
