What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to maintain approved signs and awnings that identify the Franchised Business. These signs must adhere to the standards and layout design plan approved for the business, while also being subject to any restrictions imposed by applicable law.

If Angry Chickz notifies a franchisee to alter an existing sign or in connection with any required remodeling of the premises, the franchisee is responsible for completing the necessary changes within a reasonable timeframe and at their own cost. This ensures that the signage remains consistent with the brand's standards and any updates to the business's appearance.

Additionally, franchisees must identify the Franchised Business as independently owned and operated under a license from Angry Chickz. This identification should be included on all invoices, order forms, receipts, checks, business cards, posted notices, and in other media and advertisements, in a form and manner specified by Angry Chickz. This requirement helps to clarify the relationship between the franchisee and the franchisor to customers and the public.
