What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, generally, employees working in the franchised Angry Chickz business must be dedicated solely to that business. Unless Angry Chickz provides written consent, a franchisee's employees cannot simultaneously work at any other business that the franchisee owns or operates. This policy ensures that employees are fully focused on the Angry Chickz business and maintain the brand's standards.
This requirement helps maintain quality and consistency in service, as employees are not distracted by obligations to other businesses. It also protects Angry Chickz's brand reputation by ensuring that staff are fully trained and dedicated to the Angry Chickz system. This restriction is in place to prevent any potential conflicts of interest or divided attention that could negatively impact the performance of the Angry Chickz franchise.
However, there is an exception: Angry Chickz may provide written consent allowing employees to work at other businesses owned by the franchisee. It is important for prospective franchisees to discuss this policy with Angry Chickz to understand the circumstances under which such consent might be granted and to determine whether this restriction aligns with their business plans.
