When must an Angry Chickz franchisee submit financial statements to the company?

According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit financial statements to the company on a monthly and annual basis. Specifically, on or before the 20th day following each calendar month (or other fiscal period designated by Angry Chickz), franchisees must submit financial statements for the preceding month (or fiscal period). These monthly statements must include a balance sheet and profit and loss statement, prepared in the format prescribed by Angry Chickz and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. An officer of the franchisee must certify these statements as accurate and complete.

In addition to the monthly reports, Angry Chickz franchisees must also submit an unaudited annual financial statement to Angry Chickz within 120 days following the end of each calendar year (or other fiscal period designated by the company). This annual statement must also be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in a form reasonably required by Angry Chickz, and it must be certified as accurate and complete by an officer of the franchisee.

These reporting requirements enable Angry Chickz to monitor the financial performance of its franchisees, develop chain-wide statistics, and ensure compliance with the franchise agreement.
