What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be required to purchase point-of-sale advertising material, posters, flyers, product displays, and other promotional material to participate in promotional campaigns. Angry Chickz has the right to establish and conduct promotional campaigns on a national or regional basis.
The FDD states that participation in these campaigns is mandatory for franchisees and that such participation may require the purchase of the aforementioned advertising and promotional materials. This means that franchisees should be prepared to budget for these potential costs when planning their overall advertising and marketing expenses.
This requirement ensures that all Angry Chickz locations maintain a consistent brand image and marketing strategy during promotional periods. Franchisees should clarify with Angry Chickz what the typical costs for these materials are and how frequently they can expect to participate in such campaigns to better forecast their expenses.
