What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, at least one of the franchisee's representatives, either an owner or another representative designated by Angry Chickz, must attend an annual meeting of all Restaurant franchisees if requested by Angry Chickz. The location of this meeting will be determined by Angry Chickz.
The franchisee is responsible for covering all costs and expenses associated with attending the meeting. In addition to travel and accommodation costs, the franchisee must also pay the then-current meeting fee set by Angry Chickz.
It's important to note that the meeting fee is due to Angry Chickz regardless of whether the franchisee's representative attends the meeting or not, even if Angry Chickz excuses the non-attendance. This means that franchisees should budget for this annual meeting fee, as it is a mandatory expense regardless of attendance.
